I chose these pieces/animals to make up my totem pole because I think they represent me. My character and personality are both reflected in this totem pole.

About Me

My name is Miranda Christensen. I am 16 years old. My birthday is October 14, 1996 and I was born in Mobile, Alabama. I lived in Mobile until I was 5 years old and then my family and I moved to Baldwin County. My parents are happily married and I have two sisters, Tiffany and Sarah, who are both younger than me. We all go to church at Stapleton Baptist in Stapleton, Alabama. Church is a huge part of lives, as it should be. My dad is the youth minister at our church and my mom is our associate youth minister. We have 4 pets. Max and Christian are our cats, Peanut is our Chihuahua, and Goldie is our goldfish. I am currently in the tenth grade at Baldwin County High School. In the high school's band I play trumpet, french horn, and mellophone. I am also the trumpet section leader and one of the band's librarians. I love music and nature. In Mobile, our house had a backyard just big enough for a pool and a little bit of grass. Living in Stapleton we now own 4 acres and live out in the country. I've fallen in love with the country and it's quietness. I hope to go to Faulkner for my first two years of college after I graduate. After then, I hope to head off to Wallace State Community College just north of Birmingham to complete my degree in dental hygiene. My life mostly consists of church, band, and family. I'm pretty simple.
